Please note that due to the nature of the engraving process, smaller texts and intricate designs may encounter challenges during production.

Ordering Process:
1. If you have your own design, please email to prepress@woomaker.com with email subject filled with Etsy order number. Please note we only accept vector based artfile.
2. If you do not have any design, please select the available free templates.

Proofs:
Please check your proof in our corresponding Etsy chat, if no adjustments need to be made you can approve the proof and your order will be put into production

We will only begin the production once we receive your approval.

1. Vector File

We only accept vector file format for printing. We recommend you send us the final vector file in Adobe Illustrator CS6 ai format, eps, or pdf. Your logo will need to be original vector format as well. If you do not have the logo in vector format, we also provide the logo tracing service. Bitmap format such as jpg, jpeg, bmp, psd, png, tiff are not recommended for printing. For best quality, WooMaker will only print with vector files.

 

2. Font

In order to render your font correctly, make sure you have outlined all your texts in illustrator, or you can provide us the font you like to use for your design.

 

3. Design Recommendations

- Laser engraving is not ideal for extremely small type or small intricate designs.

- Laser engraving is not ideal for images, photos.

 

Regular Turnaround Time

Regular orders have the turn around time of 1-3 business days.

 

Rush Order Turnaround Time
